7:40 PM - Rotating class - Turbokick or Kickboxing/boot camp (Amber/Aimee)
TUESDAYS -
8:30 AM to 9:40 AM Zumba for 40 minutes/Zumba toning for 30 minutes (Aimee)
4:30 PM - Zumba (Aimee)
5:30 PM - Cardio/Strength Fusion (Aimee)
6:35 PM – Kickboxing/core/strength (Aimee)
7:40 PM – Pilates/yoga mix - (Holly) 50 minute class - Bring a mat or a towel
WEDNESDAYS –
9:00 AM – Zumba (Aimee)
